Super League entered March and it was a month that had plenty of ups and downs for some clubs.
Some saw their season possibly take an interesting turn whereas others are starting to enter panic mode, even this early as round three delivered plenty of action.
Various contenders for Team of the Week but only a select few could make it. Below is the final choice who made the cut for week three but some were very closely contested!
Fullback – Zak Hardaker
He may become a regular occurrence in this position but lining up at fullback is former Man of Steel Zak Hardaker.
Hardaker has landed the spot for back-to-back weeks and it is hardly surprising as he easily stood out, most notably against his parent club.
One try, two assists and up to 180 metres gained, Hardaker certainly flourished against the woeful Rhinos on a night to remember.
Even having a hand in some unbelievable attack, such as his line bust that led to one of Minkin’s efforts, Hardaker is becoming a leading contender for the Man of Steel award once more, possibly the England fullback berth too.
Plenty more to follow from the star as he aims to establish himself as one of Super League’s best once more following his previous and rather controversial departure.
